Refund Policy

Shot by Sheldon ("Photographer") appreciates your understanding of our payment and cancellation policy.

Payment

Full payment for your photography session is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time. We accept payment preferably through E-Transfer, but Debit/Credit are accepted.

Rebooking

Life happens. If you need to reschedule your photoshoot, you can do so through Cal up to 1 day (24 hours) before the scheduled session, free of charge.

Cancellations

• Cancellations with Notice: If you cancel your photoshoot at least 1 day (24 hours) before the scheduled session, you will receive a full refund.
• Late Cancellation / No Show: Cancellations made less than 1 day (24 hours) before the scheduled session, or failure to show up for the session ("No Show"), are not eligible for any refund.

Please note: This refund policy applies to cancellations initiated by the client. In the rare event that Photographer must cancel the photoshoot due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, weather), you will be offered a full refund, the option to reschedule for a mutually agreeable date, or a comparable replacement photographer.
